Changes made on one platform will be reflected when you refresh or reload content on another platform.
Feature Availability: The web application is currently in its initial release phase, offering core features such as user registration, login, and content browsing. Additional features available on mobile platforms may be introduced to the web version in future updates.
Platform-Specific Limitations: Some features may have different technical capabilities across platforms. For example, web applications may have limited push notification functionality and offline access compared to mobile applications. These technical differences do not affect our data collection and privacy practices.
Information Collection
We collect various types of information for the purpose of enhancing and personalizing your experience on Deeditt. The types of information we collect include:
- Email Addresses: We use your email address to send important notifications, such as app updates or account-related information.
- Usernames: Your username is necessary for identification on the platform and for other users to interact with you.
- Profile Pictures: Your profile picture is an integral part of your identity on Deeditt and is displayed to other users as part of your profile. We do not use your profile picture for any other purposes.
- User Preferences and Interests: We collect information about your preferences and interests to enhance our recommendations and provide you with relevant content.
Memories Data: When using the "Memories" feature, users may enter personal reflections that are securely stored on our servers. Memories entries may include written content, a type selected by the user under the NAMEG format (Note, Action, Mood, Event, Gratitude), timestamps, and related metadata. This data is processed under the same privacy and encryption standards as the rest of your Memories data. It is used exclusively to operate the "Memories" feature and any optional insights services you explicitly enable.
Video Content: When you use the video upload feature, we collect the video files you upload to the platform. These videos are stored in cloud storage services and distributed through content delivery networks (CDNs). All video content is considered public and can be viewed by any user of the platform or by anyone who has direct access to the video link.
Visibility Controls: All user-generated content, including deeds and journeys, now supports customizable visibility settings. These settings allow users to define the intended audience for their content: Public, Community, or Private. Visibility preferences are stored as part of the content's metadata and determine who may access the content both within and outside the platform.
It is important to note that we do not use the collected information for purposes other than those mentioned above. Your privacy and security are paramount to us, and we strive to ensure that your personal information is used responsibly and in accordance with this policy.
Deed and Journey Visibility: Public, Community, and Private Access
Visibility Options: Deeditt allows users to control the visibility of their content through three levels:
- Public: Content is accessible on the internet and may be indexed by third-party search engines.
- Community: Content is only visible to registered users within the Deeditt application.
- Private: Content is visible only to the creator and is not accessible to others.
Inheritance of Visibility: Deeds created inside a journey automatically inherit the visibility setting of that journey unless explicitly changed.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate visibility level. Deeditt is not liable for the unintentional exposure of content due to misconfigured visibility settings.
Indexing Notice: Public content may be indexed by search engines. Once indexed, Deeditt cannot guarantee removal from external platforms even if visibility is later changed or content deleted.
Data of Minors
The safety and privacy of minors are of utmost importance to us. At Deeditt, we are exclusively designed for users aged 18 and above, and we do not collect or request users' birthdates, nor do we perform age verifications. We trust that our users provide accurate information about their age when registering and comply with the requirement of being 18 years or older to use our platform.
If you become aware that a user does not meet the requirement of being at least 18 years old, we encourage you to promptly notify us through the contact methods provided in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Policy so that we can take necessary actions.
Use of Information

- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues: We use the collected information to identify and resolve any technical issues that may affect your experience on Deeditt and ensure the smooth operation of the platform.
To provide insights: If you opt into the optional insights feature of "Memories," your reflections, entry types, timestamps, and related Memories metadata may be analyzed weekly, currently every Sunday, to generate pattern summaries, growth-related trends, sleep-related trends, and reminder suggestions based on future events recorded in Memories. To support this feature, de-identified Memories data may be processed by third-party AI services under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not send your name, email address, username, profile photo, or other direct account-facing identifiers to those AI providers for this feature.
Data Retention: "Memories" data is stored securely for as long as you use the feature. If you request deletion, this data will be immediately removed from active systems and permanently erased from backups within a maximum of two months.
Insights Opt-In/Out: The insights feature for "Memories" is optional and requires explicit user consent. You can enable or disable this feature at any time through your account settings. Disabling it stops future analysis and reminder generation, and it will not impact your access to the "Memories" feature itself.
Automated Analysis Notice: The optional insights feature uses automated analysis and profiling to help surface patterns and reminders within your private Memories data. It is not used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Informational Use Only: Insights, patterns, and reminder suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. They are not medical, mental health, sleep, financial, or professional advice and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed.

Video Data
Storage and Processing: Videos uploaded to Deeditt are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers and distributed via their content delivery network (CDN). Unlike "Memories" content, videos are not encrypted beyond the SSL protocol used during transfer.
Public Nature: It is important to understand that all videos uploaded to Deeditt are public in nature. This means any user of the platform or anyone with access to the direct link can view your videos.
Metadata Collection: In addition to the video content itself, we also collect technical metadata associated with your videos, such as duration, resolution, format, and file size. This data is used to improve platform functionality and optimize the viewing experience.
Automated Content Analysis: We may use automated technologies to analyze video content for the purpose of detecting prohibited materials, verifying compliance with our policies, and improving content categorization. This analysis is performed without initial human review and does not involve personal identification of users.
Video Removal and Retention: When you delete a video, it is immediately removed from your profile and active systems. However, as with other data, deleted videos may remain in our backup systems for a maximum period of two months before being permanently deleted.
Data Security
Protecting Your Information: Protecting your data is a top priority for us. We employ industry-standard security measures, including data encryption, to safeguard your personal information.
Memories Data Encryption: Data entered in the "Memories" feature is encrypted using advanced encryption standards. Encryption keys are securely managed and periodically rotated to enhance data security. Encryption applies to both stored and transmitted data, ensuring end-to-end protection.
Video Content Security: Videos uploaded to the platform are securely transferred using SSL protocols. However, unlike "Memories" data, videos are stored without additional encryption as they are intended to be publicly accessible. Access to the infrastructure hosting these videos is strictly controlled and monitored to prevent unauthorized access.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, which are essential for securing access to encrypted data on Deeditt. Combined with advanced encryption methods and key rotation, this ensures the highest level of security.
Online Privacy Policy

Payment and Subscription Data
