It’s hard to admit, but I will — I’m a good developer (or at least I think so). I solve problems fast, I can see multiple paths when things break, but this… this is different.

Marketing, user acquisition, organic #growth — it feels like I’m walking in the dark 🕯️. I do the work, every day and some days feel great while others hit hard.

It’s hard to tell if what I’m doing is working or not, is this the right direction? Or am I just spinning in circles? 🔁 but still, I keep going.

Another month is wrapping up, and we've reached the halfway point of the #Deeditt challenge — four months to bring in 100 users. More people are signing up, which is great, even though no one has started writing anything yet. I know these things take time, and people usually need a bit of trust and inspiration before they start sharing.

The #growth is slow but steady, and I can already see small spikes in activity. I'm focused on consistency and real #engagement over quick vanity metrics.

Four months ago I set myself a clear challenge: bring 100 users to #Deeditt.

Time passed. I didn't reach the number. I did get new users, but not enough to "win" the #challenge. What I did notice, though, is that every single one of them was real. Some stayed, some didn't. No fake engagement, no forced usage. Just people choosing freely but with reservations.

Most of my work has been #invisible these days. I’ve been building foundations: improving domain authority, setting up automations, fixing SEO, planning content, and handling the things no one sees or notices. Blog posting systems, structure, preparation—quiet work that doesn’t show results immediately. Or...
