I thought that having an amazing product would be enough to attract users, but I realized that was my first #mistake. I focused on a broad audience instead of targeting specific #niches, and the #onboarding process, although quick, didn't showcase the product's value effectively.

These mistakes were compounded by my lack of understanding of #marketing strategies, as my background is different. I'm learning that even with a great product, the right marketing approach is crucial. And definitely, #planning is not just about how things need to be developed but thinking about early targets, personas, voice, keywords and other apparently invisible details.
